Lahjakorttikaupan yleiset tilaus- ja toimitusehdot

These general terms and conditions apply to the contractual relationship between the seller and the gift card purchaser. The seller has the right to cancel an order or terminate a purchase if the general contract terms or service-specific conditions have been violated.

GIFT CARD PURCHASE AND DELIVERY METHOD

The buyer purchases a gift card from the seller's gift card store. The seller sends the purchased gift cards to the address specified in the buyer's order form (either to the buyer or the gift card recipient) once the purchase transaction and payment by the buyer have been registered in the system. Gift cards are sent by the delivery method chosen by the buyer, either in PDF format to the provided email address or as a printed card sent via regular mail. The cost of delivery is added to the price of the gift cards.

Our gift cards are value cards, and the content of services is subject to change based on availability. They cannot be converted into cash.

RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

Lahjakortin ostajalla on oikeus peruuttaa veloituksetta myyjän lahjakorttikaupan kautta tehty lahjakortin tilaus 14 vuorokauden kuluessa siitä, kun ostaja tai lahjakortin saaja on vastaanottanut lahjakortin. Maksu palautetaan samalla maksutavalla, jota kuluttaja on käyttänyt. Palautusoikeutta ei kuitenkaan ole, mikäli lahjakortti on jo käytetty, palvelun ajankohta on jo varattu tai palveluntarjoaja on aloittanut valmistelut palvelun suorittamiseksi. Ostajan on palautettava lahjakortti tilauksen peruutuksen yhteydessä. Palautusasioissa ole yhteydessä asiakaspalveluumme.

You can use all Finnish banks with either the eBanking interfaces or open banking interfaces offered by the banks. You can pay with any of the online Finnish banks: Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, Osuuspankki, POP Bank, Säästöpankki, S-pankki and Ålandsbanken. Paytrail Oyj will appear on your statement as the payee, we will forward your payment to the online business.
